Although customers can now buy certain models listed below direct from Audi UK, the Centre will still be there to help customers with specialist product knowledge and advice helping them to buy the right car for them and their lifestyle. And of course, the Centre will be on hand to deliver the same expert servicing and maintenance they do today. Buying from Audi UK
Yes, your local Audi Centre will remain the face of the Audi brand in your area. The Audi Centres will still be there to help customers with specialist product knowledge and advice helping you buy/ order the right car for you. Your Audi Centre will be on hand to deliver the same expert servicing and maintenance as they do today. Contractually you are buying your new Audi from us and not from the Audi Centre.<p><br></p>
<p>Yes, Audi UK will allow Centres to offer on Audi UK’s behalf Audi models to test drive. Your ability to test drive is not affected by the move to this new sales model.<br></p>
<p>Yes you can, however there are some changes to the process. The Audi Centre may agree to purchase your current vehicle under an entirely separate contract between you and the Audi Centre. Audi UK will not, under any circumstances, be a party to any such separate contract entered into with an Audi Centre in relation to the purchase of your current car.</p><p><br>If you are funding the car yourself, you may wish to use all (or some) of the proceeds from the sale of your current vehicle to the Audi Centre as a cash contribution amount towards the price of the new car. In these circumstances, any proceeds of sale being used as a cash contribution amount towards the price of the new car will be retained by the Audi Centre on Audi UK’s behalf and paid to Audi UK directly.</p><p><br>If you are taking out a finance product for the vehicle, you may wish to use all (or some) of the proceeds from the sale of your current vehicle as a cash contribution amount towards the price of the new vehicle. In these circumstances, any proceeds of sale being used as a cash contribution amount towards the price of the new vehicle will be retained and paid to Audi UK on behalf of the relevant finance provider. This cash contribution amount will be taken into account for the purposes of determining the finance amount under the separate finance agreement with the finance provider.</p><p><br>Notwithstanding any changes to the part exchange valuation, all customers remain fully liable for any cash contribution amount they are required to pay in relation to the new vehicle.<br></p>
<p>Your order confirmation email should arrive within 10 working days. If your email hasn't arrived, please speak to the Audi Centre (who will be acting on our behalf as our Agent when processing electric vehicle orders) . They can check your email address has been entered into the system correctly and follow-up with Audi UK to confirm the status.<br></p>

Delivery and Servicing
Audi UK will deliver the vehicle to the Audi Centre premises for handover to the customer. Any requirements for home delivery should be discussed directly with your chosen Audi Centre. If possible, any delivery service will be provided under a separate contractual arrangement between the Audi Centre and you (to which Audi UK will not be a party).<p><br></p>
<p>No, there are no physical changes to the way we build and deliver our cars.<br></p>
<p>You can service your Audi at most Audi Centres. The availability of services may change from time to time so we advise that you identify your local Audi Centre and services provided.<br></p>
Finance
<p>The benefit of this new sales model means the price is consistent across all Audi Centres. Audi UK will invoice all Audi UK customers at a consistent national price regardless of geographical location. We may of course continue to run promotions or provide discounts, for example to volume or key purchasers such as the NHS and other similar customers, but this will be consistent across all Audi Centres.<br></p>
<p>No, the Agency model means that Audi UK will provide consistent national pricing through all Audi Centres, the Audi Centres will not be able to negotiate the price with you. From time to time Audi UK may provide national offers. These would be consistently available across all Audi Centres.</p><p><br>The Audi Centre may however offer the customer their own funding, benefits or incentives to facilitate a sale. These are provided under a separate contractual arrangement between the Audi Centre (or relevant third party supplier) and you. If you are obtaining these, this will be made clear to you before you sign the order form.<br></p>
<p>It is currently not possible to purchase an Audi directly from Audi UK online. <br></p>
<p>Don’t worry, your order is still confirmed. Contact your Audi Centre to discuss alternative funding and they will assist you. If you change your mind, you can also cancel your order directly with the Audi Centre (please see your order terms and conditions which will set out the consequences of terminating your order in these circumstances). <br></p>
